I learned from a master, took over a struggling stall, and worked my way up. Along the way I changed recipes, cooking methods and the way we work until the food became what it is today.

I don't believe in stopping because something failed. If something can be better, we keep working at it — however long it takes. That same mindset still shapes every new idea we bring to Fatty Ang.
